Kevin D. Klagge founded Klagge Law, PLLC to give Florida families straightforward estate planning and elder law, with clear advice and flat fees posted up front. He represents clients throughout Florida remotely, by phone and video, from the firm’s office in downtown Miami.

Kevin has practiced for more than ten years across the full life cycle of an estate: planning it, settling it in probate, and, when families end up in conflict, litigating it. That litigation experience is the difference. He has seen first-hand how a plan fails in court: the ambiguous trust clause, the deed that triggered a Medicaid penalty, the beneficiary form nobody updated. He drafts to avoid those outcomes.
